| What are the shipping and delivery options and timelines? | We dispatch the goods within 48 hrs, delivery times are varied, based on locations. Normally every customers get the packages somewhere between 2-7days. |

| How do I track my order? |
Our system will send you the tracking code automatically once you package has been labelled. |
| What payment methods do you accept? | We accept all major credit cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Shopify payments. In case you'd like to shop in bulk and pay ACH, please reach out and we can give you special prices and invoicing. Email: sales@packagemate.com |
| Are there any additional fees or charges? |
No. System will display every single fees that you need to pay. |
| How do I cancel or change my order? | Please send us an email with your request to office@packagemate.com and we'll come up with a solution for you within 24hrs. |
| What are the shipping costs? | We have a flat 10$ fee for any order below 200$. Anything above that is free of charge. |
| Do you ship to Canada? | Yes. Shipping charges differ to US though. |
Shipping
Currently we only ship to mainland US and Canada.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details with tracking will be provided in your confirmation email.
Small packages are sent by UPS while bulk orders and pallets are sent by different carriers which depends on the location.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Yes, most of our packaging products are brandable and we are able to produce them in custom sizes. Please send us an inquiry for custom type products.
